Am I responsible for parking tickets?

Any violation related to misuse of the vehicle and / or breach of the Highway Code, is the responsibility of the driver. It must pay the penalty directly to the State services. If necessary, Europcar Martinique forward to the police, the information relevant to the investigation of his case. The renter tenant remains liable for management fees and processing fines of 15 € to date and ticket.
